Stem cell biology and regenerative medicine, human organ development and disease mechanisms, organ engineering and pre-clinical models, biomarkers and therapeutic discovery, microphysiological systems including organs-on-chips and organoids, computational/mathematical modeling of complex biological systems, matrix biology, mechanobiology.
